Jericho Oxford

A terraced house in the Jericho conservation area had a substandard conservatory and no ground floor wc. A simple replacement extension with top lighting and folding glazed doors was created, giving out onto the south facing garden. Generous bookshelves were provided for the retired academic's library. The extension straddled a shared drain and a projecting shower room was formed to accommodate this.
